Yeah..I love Thomas Jane! This movie seemed low grade. Why did he take on the role? Did he owe a favour to the director? Bad movie. I guess TJ is prone to a one off now and again. 🤷‍♀️

It’s good so far..S1:E7 Starting to get ‘PREACHER’ vibes .. 2 agents tracking them, the skinny Irish dude that plays ‘klause’ all tatted up is like ‘cassidy’ (was a vampire) Victor can’t figure out talent yet is like Jesse who was’ t sure his place until he is embodied by genesis, thus becoming preacher with special powers. They go back in time just like preacher etc. I loved the series ‘preacher’ btw, so we’ll see where this goes. Preacher got cancelled after 4 seasons bc new executives thought it too dark & violent.

Cults, mental illness, drug addicts & a kid that unravels the dark history of an apartment that houses the vulnerable. A series that explores the darkest depths of society. Is it real or is it a figment of one’s imagination? When a parent passes away ppl want to know if they will meet up again. In heaven or are they walking amongst us in the spirit realm. 2main characters lost parents. Mysteries as to where they are. Do they want to believe they’re caught in the spirit world. Or is there a darkness to their passing. I’m at series 1 episode 7. Struggling to figure out the end point to all this. Sensibility would be to have more police interventions, but that’s me.

I read the durst story when it first came out. I was halfway through this movie when I realized the parallels. Watched this bc netflix asked, ‘not sure what to watch?’ So they picked this movie. So ..I had no prior knowledge of it, Ryan gosling in it, hasn’t been in anything for a while, so hunkered down. Good movie, interesting take on durst character. Knew he was odd, non-empathetic. Good movie bc gosling portrayed an odd duck well.

Don’t mess with Texas. Where a woman can’t get an abortion after 6weeks and especially ppl of colour are executed. (60%) This story is one of a wrongful execution. The good ole white mens club ran the district attorneys office, and public defenders don’t care to get their clients the best representation.

Watching it right now. Kinda stunned that anyone would believe Ed edwards would be responsible for a bunch of murders others were convicted of. Do the producers of this want to make money off of conspiracy theories? Sorry I don’t believe in Santa clause nor the tooth fairy. I like documentaries based on reality.
