This movie honestly kinda sucked, at first I was into it but halfway through the movie realized it was kinda stupid. It seems the only reason people are rating this movie so highly is because it's connected to Jesus and Christianity, and the actor that's in it, which I think is stupid because this movie does not accurately depict religious connection. Basically the mom lives with her three kids and her mom, the kids dad is in Iraq as a military person, and the mom is kinda an alcoholic but also not. Mom occasionally beats tf outta her kids for being kids and the kids start acting weird. The youngest kid gets possessed and the grandma ends up dying, this random lady shows up and explains the lore of the house which is so random. Like "hey I'm gonna stalk your family for a bit and THEN I'll tell you that your home has demons in it, I'm gonna say that I had to be sure the demons were in there even though I knew the previous family who all died from the demons." Also there's this random scene where the mom is about to die from the demon and she sees the light or something and suddenly sees Jesus or something and is able to get rid of the demon purely because she said "yo I believe in God now so leave my house"
