The best political book i have read. After reading the book, i understood why the Egyptian revolution of 25th January failed. The Egyptians didn’t learn from their near history. The rejected Democracy and demanded to be ruled by an extractive regime again, just like Nasser time. Imagine that if Egyptians read a book like Why Nations Fail” we might avoided a catastrophe that we are suffering now.
