I have just finished reading “The Lincoln Highway “ by Amor Towles . A remarkable piece of literature and a fascinating study of human kind . It took me back to the school days of Huckleberry Finn and his social commentary as he travels down the river. Picaresque in nature it uses the road as its river. The underclass of its protagonists are truly inspiring and unique. The satire and observations of humanity are memorable. The irony of the boat scene ending ,closes the book all signed sealed and delivered. Five stars .
Sad but elated when I turned the last page.❤️❤️
