The story was decent but needed to be fleshed out a little more. Raffo was not the convincing hellraiser his mother made him out to be. There was a lot of confusing elements such as the mother's motives who seemed disinterested in her son until 91 year old Clint snubbed her advances? Anyway, the acting was cringey. Clint did OK, but Dwight Yokham, the mother and Roffo were horrible! There are a slew of talented actors looking for a big break in Hollywood and in the theater circuit; maybe next time, find some of those people Clint. I gave it 3 stars only because I love Clint Eastwood. He's my favorite actor; what can I say?

I took my kids and we all enjoyed it. The pace was a little slow and I think the movie could have been shorter. There is definitely a lot to pick a part or you can just sit back and let the fantasy take you for a ride. Don't expect the movie to make sense; just enjoy the visual experience.

This movie goes beyond cringey. The lazy writing and juvenile humor filled me with a searing hatred. The jokes are poorly written, overused and its dry humor but in a not so subtle execution. It made me want to harm my fellow man. The movie left me feeling hopeless and unsure about the future of comedy. I may never laugh again.
