Romance on the Orient Express. Various timely flashbacks kept the story going. Cheryl Ladd and Stuart Wilson's several kissing scenes were done like they really loved each other and knew how to kiss. Cheryl's character is still heart broken from being deserted years ago without any explanation. Near the end when Stuart's character gets off a train because he is refused after so many years later trying to get back together when they are older and more independent, and attempts to follow the train back by buying an old broken-down car, you know the love is still there. The music by Elton John (Goodbye Yellow Brick Road), Jim Croce (Time in a bottle), etc. was wonderfully romantic and memory inducing! Loved it!

I just started watching The Real. The show is very entertaining. What I really liked was that the women can talk about any topic whether agreeing or disagreeing without arguing (what makes me avoid watching The View). One topic I watched was on whether seniors in their 60's are still having sex. Yes, I can attest that any healthy senior should be having sex unless there is a physical or mental reason why they can't. I hope to still be having sex if I live to be 100.

An extremely different part for Anne Hatheway as a type of abused femme fatale. A regular type of beach bum/fishing boat captain character for Matthew McConnaughy. Diane Lane's character is thrown in as a distraction. Djimon Hounson, the boat captain's partner was superb as only one of two sane voices in the movie. The other was Jeremy Strong, the one who changed everything because of the facts he was privy to. All of the characters were typical of an island paradise until you find out that it's not what you think. This is when the movie turns to science fiction with an unusual twist between the abuser, the abused wife, the seaman, and an abused child. I loved the ending.
