What did the entire love survey have to do with the movie? I feel like they really tried to blend sci-Fi and drama in a way that didn’t work. They barely touched on it but then the entire thing was just about her affair. Love so much about the casting, but this wasn’t it for me sadly.

Man oh man. I love historical movies. But I felt like I was invading a story that didn’t want to be told. The story plays out in a way that skips so quickly to the next part that there is no investment. Names, places, historical references, locations are shared with no background, and with no welcoming of people who want to watch the story unfold. I’m shocked with how bad this was, and for how long.

SO BAD. Please do yourself a favor, go binge your favorite show or wallpaper something in your house-that would be more entertaining than this show. The flashbacks were excruciating, I wish I’d thought to fast forward them WAY sooner that I did. The actress was talented, but extremely unlikeable. Also why is she hallucinating with a man she knew for all of 45 minutes…?! And she gone survive after being crushed by a boulder, falls off a 10 story cliff, hasn’t eaten in 5 days, and oh yeah….is pregnant?! The writers and directors definitely hid another motive in this one.

I just don’t understand the high ratings. It was supremely predictable, the only redeeming quality was Jamie Lee Curtis’ incredible acting. I’m so over dumb women making terrible choices in the horror genre other than her. Why would you yell in a house you know he’s probably in? Why fall down directly in front of him? I understand this is a slasher movie, I get that, but I would love to see just one movie where women don’t make straight up horrible choices and it’s realistic to our age aka: 2019. Where were the police? SWAT? Anything? Common sense at LEAST? Nope. This movie was a solid thriller, but it drives you insane while watching if you’re a logical brain like me. One last question-Michael got shot in the heart and the head and still was just hanging out? Cmon guys.
