just nope. the best part about mulan is that she is a relatable female role model. this mulan feels hollow and lifeless. it sacrificed genuineness, struggle, and heart for meaningless action and "cultural accuracy" (which is absolute bull. if they wanted it to be culturally accurate then why is everyone behind the camera white?). i shouldn't have hyped myself up for this movie.
