FUBAR is the perfect title for this steamer. Was the script sent through rewrite after rewrite to punch it down instead of up? Possibly the worst American written and acted movie on Netflix that I’ve see this year. It makes most of the foreign movies on Netflix actually look good by comparison. This series carries the typical Hollywood bucket of swill with a woke cast carrying off stereotypical roles with a threadbare script and a plot conceived by a drunken sailor who was told by his high school English teacher we was the next Bill Shakespeare. Every gender, race and victim class is represented in this series, it looks like the cafeteria at the United Nations. High school drama alums could have done a better job. I only made it through the first episode and a half and the half was a fight. At least Harvey Weinstein and his couch were able to discern talent better than whoever cast this mess. I suspect casting on this series was probably done by Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles in a soundproof booth while doing shots of Jäegermeister and throwing darts at head shots of extras. The fact they chase the same villain through the entire series made it seem like a cross between a cheap rehash of True Lies and a Wacky Races cartoon. The Tom Arnold role was relegated to four unfunny characters. Don’t waste your time watching this series. Pick up any six random Arnold movies and watch them instead. BTW, is the fat CIA curly headed blonde chick in this film actually the little boy from Bad Santa? Asking for a friend. Netflix, how do I register a zero star rating for this dumpster fire and get an hour and a half of my life back not counting the time it took to write this review in an effort to help save humanity.
