A fantastic masterpiece that stays true to the vision of the original while not being afraid to try to go in its own direction sometimes. The characters are perfectly cast and their personalities perfectly echo who they were in the original all those years ago. The combat has been redesigned to be a perfect blend of real time and ATB from the original. Soundtrack is basically an eargasm all the way through, the OST of the original has been remastered beautifully and many of the tracks sound new yet familiar at the same time. If you have even a slightest hint of nostalgia for the original game, I implore you to play this game.
