Jesse Does Not Have to Yell to Get His Point or Opinion across. I was told as a 5’2” woman after a Board Meeting by a very dear friend and colleague that the louder and seemingly more aggressive I got, the less people listened. I have always desired to be more assertive, rather than received as aggressive, but my voice and tone are horrendous. As I have aged, Higher and louder pitches do Bother me more. Please let him know, he can tone it down and I’ll hear him better. Thanks
