After what has sadly been a bad few years for the reputation of the Met, last night’s episode 31/10/23 shows it at its best. What an incredible investigation by the murder team. They were thorough and dignified throughout leaving no stone unturned. Painstaking in their viewing of hours upon hours of cctv to gather the evidence against the vile perpetrator who had the audacity to deny it. Put aside those idiots (some deserve stronger descriptions!) who bring the service into disrepute and remember that they are a minority in what is a service that I personally am very proud of. So very well done to all those who do their job day after day without so much as a thank you 👏
