Good movie, very funny at times. Less of a romantic comedy and more a wholesome movie about moving forward through grief and loss with romance and comedy sprinkled in. Lacking few real classic Bridget Jones cringe moments (I guess she's more sensible in her middle age) but they would have felt out of place in this movie anyway. The real romance is with Roxster; she seemed to fall in love with Mr Wallacher out of nowhere. The movie didn't invest enough time on them falling in love.

The fantastic acting and cinematography is wasted on this pointless script. My first thought at the end of the movie was literally "What was the point of this??"

Pure art. Abstract, self-indulgent, unforgettable, camp and light-hearted. A visual masterpiece but the sound could be better. Amazing performances from the cast; Audrey Plaza wows. The story lacks depth but then again this is more a platter of ideas and messages than a real story. Requires more than one watch.
