“I told you, I am not worthy enough to be a hero in your story”, Gopal said. According to me, nobody is a hero or a villain from the very beginning. Heroes and villains are made coz of the society. This book talks about how an average, a farmer’s son, achieved everything in life but not that one true love. He tries everything to get his childhood bestfriend to love him but will she ever love him back? Although it was a great read but i didn’t like the most useless fact that Chetan sir used the word ‘bucks’ instead of ‘rupees’ in the entire novel. It felt like those not-so-cool kids trying to fit in the western culture. Also, I didn’t like Aarti’s character much. She appears to me like such a pick-me girl. Probably that’s what her character actually is about👀 Otherwise the book was fine but can’t be compared to his other novels!!
