Cant understand the negative reviews... is it an absolutely groundbreaking game with never before seen mechanics? No. However this is a well thought out fantasy RPG with beautiful world building and a solid story. I've enjoyed every minute so far, I guess maybe it comes down to expectations. Very fun game, doesnt deviate much from the trope that was started with Skyrim and witcher 3... but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Great game overall, is every single thing 100% polished? No. But that cannot be expected for any release anymore these days. After over 25 hrs in game I have barely touched the main story quest and have been having a great time on all the side quests. Fantastic design all around and I am confident that Bethesda will continue to improve it as updates go on. Will continue playing for years to come if it continues as it is so far.
