How can you not enjoy Emma Thompson whenever she's on screen? Mindy Kaling's endearing in a tiresome way, always working hard to be liked. Her character seemed naive for her age; more twit than bright girl who nabbed a job without any qualifications. I found little to laugh out loud over, but liked the movie. Lots of cursing in a movie about writing dialogue and clever one liners for a quick witted host.
