If you are a fan of the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels you'll be very disappointed in the loose references to various characters and events. It will not match what your own mind has envisioned from the books. However, if you can ignore the sham attempt at Pratchett's world it isn't that bad. The more times you view it the more it grows on you and then it it viewed as just a series. Richard Dormer is more Popeye than Vimes but he does show his versitility as an actor. The cast all do well in their own right and make it a series worth watching with an objective eye. I've moved from an initial outraged viewing, and after several more viewings, to wanting to see the series continue and asking "What happens next?"

I've wondered for a few why there hasn't been a spin off "Keep Dancing", maybe covered on line, where those voted off continue training and come back in a final show to see how much they have improved by continuing with training. Surely that would be inspirational ? Keep trying, never give up.
