Pushed myself through all three seasons out of sheer willpower and love for the original characters—none of whom truly remained in this spinoff. It felt as if SJP and Cynthia Nixon were just playing themselves, and the whole story turned into a classic NYC “educational woke tale.” It was a painful watch, and I wish the story had ended with the last movie. If you haven’t seen it, don’t ruin it for yourself—it’s really, really not worth it, especially considering the depth of storytelling the original series had.
