I can't understand the negative reactions on this show. It is a fantastic 1st season and has lots of potential and interesting characters, cast and crew. It's been a joy to watch. The female crew is a mirror universe of most male orientated sci-fi. The focus on varied sexual relationships, homosexual, pansexual, polyamerous, are brilliant and varied. Some of the old sci-fi tropes are here for sure,. the big bad army trying to control and cover up are especially one-dimensional,. but that can be easily worked on in season 2 ( I hope) Give this show a chance...it has a lot of legs
