After all of the loose ends left in The Last Jedi, JJ Abrams does an excellent job of solving all the plot twists and loop holes that needed to be solved. Although the movie was very fast paced, JJ Abrams does a good job of including enough scenes and time per event. Also, Abrams does a brilliant job of turning a character that many didn’t like, Rose, into someone of actual use. She wasn’t in it too much, she played her part, and was quite useful— but not an obnoxious new character. Several references to the original Star Wars movies made the viewers feel nostalgic, the use of puppets rather than CGI made the movie what we wanted— a classic Star Wars that’s not filled with new tech (real-world wise)
