Felicity Hardy

I am F.B's father and a fanatic for Foyle's War. I think Antony Horowitz is a great writer. Imaginative and creative. I have been watching Foyle's War on ITV3 at 22.00 on 27th January,2022 and unfortunately missed the title of this episode but Anthony Horowitz creates a backdrop of his characters in this instance members of the Defensively Equipped Merchant Ships/ Royal Navy. I was erroneously 'called up' with five other teenagers in January, 1942 with the 30/35 year old conscripts and drafted into D.E.M.S.. This is where I say A.H. is imaginative and creative and have no wish to upset the story line. Thankfully I did not, repeat not, experience any of the maritime drama as depicted and at 99 still enjoy a good quality of life which allows me to sit up till 00.05 hrs.
