“From” is basically a three-season therapy session where half the dialogue is just people telling each other, “Stop blaming yourself, it’s not your fault” over and over, in every mood possible. Consoling? Check. Fighting? Yep. Crying in the woods? You bet. Ironically, it actually is the viewer’s fault for sticking with this mess of a show.
Three seasons in, and you still don’t know jack about the town or the monsters. No answers, no tension, just a dragged-out soap opera disguised as a mystery thriller. The episodes are bloated with useless arguments, emotional dead-ends, and characters you’ll grow to resent. Makes Lost feel like award-winning storytelling by comparison. Do yourself a favor bail early and spend your time on something that respects your brain cells.
