I gave it two stars. One for rich description and a good pace. But the main character just kept annoying me due to telling too many unnecessary lies and weird behaviour and it put me off. Didn’t finish it.

I listened to the Audiobook. It was so well done. I laughed and I cried, having deep ahah! moments where I felt heard for the first time in my life. I was diagnosed just shy of 50 years old.

Main character is utterly annoying in her mindless need to keep everyone in the dark. Too many incidents of going against proper police procedure and not believable. The storyline of the killer is good though.
