I love the show but one thing I noticed was the nurses in Dr Nows office who call the patients name are so unfriendly. They never say Hello to the patient or smile or talk to them. I sure wouldn't like that if I was a patient.

I like the show but the people remind me of the 600lb people. They are so needy and helpless to take care of it. The women with kids really get me. How can they do that to their kids.
