Can someone explain what happened in this movie? I'm missing some details. Here's what I've got: 1) Kid gets kidnapped by dad's rival drug dealer but to what end? Like, kill him, keep him? 2) Mercenaries are hired by...who? Saju, dad's 2nd in command...to get kid back? But 3) then he doesn't pay mercenaries which suggests he's a bad guy and somehow in on the kidnapping, but then 4) within 24 hours, Chris Hemsworth gets ahold of Saju and suddenly they're bros dedicated to getting kid back home? 5) Because the dad is still in jail, everyone makes it sound like this kid is a "walking corpse," like once he's home, he's just going to keep getting kidnapped, in which case we go back to question 1. So, Saju hired the mercenaries to get the kid back, then fights the mercenaries to get the kid back? I'm so confused. There's a pretty great setup here, just feels like the plot holes were unfortunately ignored in favor of action sequences which I could've been more invested in if I knew what was going on and what was at stake. Interesting backdrop and location. The story's there, just not quite figured out, which was so disappointing because it could've been even better!
