When I was young, wrestling to me meant WWE. I first started watching WWE around 2008, with John Cena and Jeff Hardy being my favourite. After years of watching I kind of got worn out and was just watching it casually. Then one day, I saw a wrestler named Dean Ambrose. While he was talking I saw some intrigue around him and found him to be very charismatic. I wanted to know more about him so I searched him and found out that prior to WWE he used to wrestle independently as Jon Moxley. When I saw him as Jon Moxley, I was mesmerized. He was so intense, and so talented. But somehow, he was not showing that in WWE. Still, I watched WWE only because of him and only watched it when he was there. After a time I got to know the internal details of how the wrestling business works and then I got to know that it was not his fault that he didn't show any signs of Jon Moxley in him.
He left WWE and ended up on AEW. When he came, the fans and the atmosphere was electric. I saw him like that, the person that I used to watch videos of, the Jon Moxley before the WWE was back with him. He explained how the business there works. And I was amazed and a bit sad that I was living under the WWE bubble for so long that I used to dislike anyone who left WWE. I missed so many talented wrestlers and there journey
After he came to AEW,. I have watched every episode of AEW Dynamite and I have been so grateful that I've come across such wrestling brand which cares for fans, wrestlers and cares to create a good show every week. From the president Tony Khan to the EVPs(who themselves are wrestlers) and other wrestlers, everyone is so good and has passion for wrestling. I only watch AEW Dynamite and anything related to AEW. In one year's time, I am so much invested in every storyline and I care for every wrestler, even that stupid idiot and loser MJF.
