Rick Moranis is just AWESOME in this movie. I never get tired of it and was absolutely blown away the first time I viewed it. It is one of my all time favorites when it comes to this genre! Another movie in which Rick plays in which is another all time favorite is "Honey I Shrunk The Kids". This guy knows his comedic routine inside and out and finds all types of ways to make the audience laugh immensely. This movie is easily worth its rating of five stars!

This movie, along with many other movies with Samuel Jackson, is one for the ages. It is a MUST SEE in my opinion. As to the people who consider it racist oriented, what about those movies that you can say have the same demeanor? In other words, those that have the same type of message but are directed toward Latinos or Oriental backgrounds. This is the same type of thing that is going around these days in which the NBA playoffs had been halted again recently. According to the sports news today they are FINALLY going to commence back with the games which had been postponed the other evening due to the appalling shooting which occurred a few days prior wounding a man and ultimately killed 2 protesters. This movie has wonderful moments within it and I give it a positive THUMBS UP!

This is one of the MOST tremendous and heartwarming romance movies of all time! When the female character finally opens up her true feelings about him the two of them are brought together in such an emotional manner during the scene in the car. The following morning when questioned by her father she responded to him in such a relaxed and pleasing demeanor. He is very accepting of her explanation in a kind manner. The best scene in the movie is the end of course, which is on the cover of the DVD of him holding up the boom box trying to get her attention. A great movie and it stands up along with some of the older classic romantic movies from the 50's. Easily a 5 star rating!

As per many others who has watched it as many times as myself, this is a CLASSIC movie with one of the great actors of our time. It is humorous that the naysayers of this movie give it a lousy rating never explain WHY they disliked it. Then....others who said that this is not for kids. DUH!!!! Why do they think it is rated R? Guess that type of crowd is more in tune of watching reruns of black and white Christmas movies that came out either in the 40's or 50's.

A TIMELESS movie classic! Of all the actors and actresses in their respective roles, the 2 that are THE most heartwarming in the film are Jessica Tandy and Kathy Bates! It is very emotional how they become the very best of bonded friends. It captured my imagination the first viewing of it years ago and continues to do so even today. All aspects of the cinematography and music blend in very well with the backdrop of every situation through the entire movie. For people that love a great movie that will this is one that is a "keeper" throughout the ages! Hats off to the screenwriter who wrote the script for the movie as it is utter genius!

This is absolutely one of THE BEST movies of its genre that the film industry has ever made! The acting in this movie is INCREDIBLE and the story line from start to finish is great! For the idiot who gave it a one star rating they are probably more satisfied with watching reruns of Captain Kangaroo! LOL.

This is such a great romantic and comedic movie of all time!!! This is a movie for the ages and still I enjoy watching it even though I first watched it at a very young age in my life. This movie was one Julie Andrew's best of all of hers. The underlying music is quite enlightening. The young children in the movie were super in their performances and I am enjoying it at this time on TV. God bless us for having this lovely movie being presented to us!

This movie is absolutely amazing! Brad Pitt does a masterful job of playing the character role! Delightful to watch from start to finish!

Yet another classic movie starring the great actor Sam Elliot! As in this movie, as well as others in which he has role, his acting is SUPERB! I never tire of watching him in all the movies in which he has graced audiences around the globe!
