We usually tend to judge games by a bunch of in play characteristics. However we forget that the ultimate goal of a game is to keep you entertained NOT addicted. Returnal is a great game. Stunning graphics, cool game play (love dash) and lots of levels, tiers and traits for consumables, weapons and artifacts. Unfortunately repeatability ruins all of these. When you die you always have to repeat all the previous biomes to get back where you where. That makes it best for people who spend lots of hours per day in frond of a screen. So if you play games just for fun by all means don’t ever buy this game. It’s a waste of money. There are hundreds of other games which can offer you a good time.
