Honestly I watched this movie on film4 (film channel on TV in the UK) and I didn't think it was bad I thought the MC was a little weird at times like a little too animated but I enjoyed the movie as a kid. Now knowing it was a dragon ball z movie no wonder everyone hates it, it honestly had nothing to do with the original series in any way 😂 if it was a movie on its own (since it's 2009) it would've been fine imo for the average 7-15 yr old like a weirder power rangers live with the "shoddy" early 2000 video effects.
