Unfortunately this movie didn’t build any of the main characters and 80% of the movie was about Tom Cruises character. The first movie had several characters who were well developed and more interesting to follow. This one failed to make you like anyone other than Maverick. Good actors like Miles Teller, John Hamm, Ed Harris and Glen Powell had such roles that you know very little about them . I’m surprised this was a Bruckheimer film. The action scenes were good but not enough to save the film.
