I'm very taken by this book. Beautiful prose, historical insights and information that will lead me to research and even more information!!! I've read some DuBois, Langston Hughes, Hurston, Toni Morrison, and am grateful to have run across this novel!! I'll be up late nights for a while, and I'm excited ๐
