My wife and I are huge fans of stand up. A new special comes out, we're on it. The closest thing we have to appointment TV. I lightly chuckled twice. Half an hour in, my wife turned to me and said "I haven't laughed even once at any of this." Comedians rise, plateau, and fall. The more successful they become, the less funny they are. Using his last couple of specials as measuring sticks, he didn't run down the side of the plateau so much as ride a 'busa off a cliff. He's enamored with himself and his success, but wants the audience to be in awe of his success as well. He tried to make a joke of "don't you know who I am," but the whole night he was screaming at the audience, "don't you know who I am?!"
Not funny. Skip it.
