A poignant fable about the end of our doomed civilization, and sobering reality of what that means in the vast scope of the universe. Kind of reminds me of when Hobbes would explain Nature's perspective on human error and it's foibles in a way that made Calvin sit back and remark on how much better it would be if tigers ran the world.
