Multiple Factors Of Causation

Disappointing film by Fincher. We’ve seen this story before many times and there is nothing new here. Hired-gun must over come his employers that hired him. The film is slow, dull and predictable, with the typical happy ending.

I was expecting a non-stop action movie based on the trailers I had seen and the film had too slow of a pace in my opinion. I agree with others who have stated that the movie was boring and I didn't have any empathy for the characters. I walked away from the movie a few times to do remedial tasks but I did not pause the film. I liked the original premise though, former military soldiers having a difficult time making ends meet decide to use their military training to rob a narcotics warlord in South America.
