the concept and storyline were good.. i like it, but sadly they were missed some details, which i can't ignore.
such as : why were they didn't bother to use gloves when opening packages from the killer in police station, meanwhile when they're outside they were using gloves to open packages from the killer, why? ;
then, the killer attacked police captain in the basement of police station, what and how the killer could come and go FROM the basement? meanwhile the killer couldn't be inside the police station since he's already faked his death, didn't they have police every where at the police station?? nobody ever bother to notice when the killer using computer to erase some 13mins surveillance footage? the killer's not a ghost, right?
and then, when the main protagonist tried to open his handcuffs using bobby pin which only took seconds??? was it that easy? why don't they put some more into it, to make it seems more difficult meanwhile in other side also adding some minutes to the runtime, just a thought though...
moreover, when the main protagonist given a gun by the killer, why don't he shot the killer's feet or something, i know he can't kill the killer yet because he need to know his father's whereabout. but, hey why was that the killer didn't bother to tell the main protagonist that the gun only have one bullets AFTER they are in the final room and not before? he could use the gun to shot the killer but he don't, why don't make it more believable, like the killer didn't handed the main protagonist the gun, but the gun is in the final room and can only be used once (1 bullet) for the final task? meanwhile the final task was only to shot a target (spiral sign on some wall) and not a real target, i mean human or another hostage, maybe? it's not that hard to shot a target which was only a sign and not human, and it was took him some time to think of the decision?
yeah, sorry, i feel bad because they let slipped some details like that. perhaps most of people will find it okay, it's just my problem that i'm too much into details. but, i really like this movie's concept though.
