I really love this show. I have one major complaint. Last week they dealt with the mother of the heart surgeon finding out she is diabetic. The way they were trying to have her give herself insulin was horrible. The needle they were having her use was way too long. A needle that size is never used and it looked larger than the vial. Also you are first trained using something like an orange. Someone seeing this and then getting their first diagnosis would be terrified. They need to represent this truthfully.
