After watching again, see Prof. Higgins as a Narcissistic personality, and Eliza should never come back to him, as he'd never change.
I appreciated the humor presented in the film, kept me laughing often. Audrey (Eliza) a perfect picture of a princess, as she was in Roman Holiday too.
Have long loved the part were Higgins Mom says, "Bravo, Eliza, Bravo!" and have used it occasionally to support someone in their triumphant moment. :-)
The Closing scene of Higgins in the chair and asking Eliza for his slippers is not only disgusting but a complete flat-lining flop. Sad!
