As a long-time viewer of your program for far too long to recall who the host was when I first started watching. I feel that the show has lost its way; when you take no time to investigate the numerous objects(ballons) that have been shot down this week alone. The only mention of them was in the news and no follow-up at all during the program. How can one be allowed to fly across the country? and only be shot down over the water in SC. A second shot down in Canada by a US fighter, If my count is correct 4 alone this week. Then to be told this may have been happening you years by sources. What is happening to your investigative reporters are they being paid to look at non-threatening issues like architecture and Black history month, or cute animals to take the public views away from history?
Your sister' show 60 minutes did not even give it a mention just 2 spots that were rehashes of pieces already played earlier in the year. CBS you are losing focus on the big picture and starting to cover up what is actually happening in the real world. No mention of Mr. Santos an elected official who lied on his resume and is holding a public office thumbing his nose at the electorate. Where are your investigative writers or do you just have reporters doing puff pieces? and no -longer covering news and current events. We are involved financially in a war that appears to be taking more of our money and yet we will never get any repayment of money spent or a victor against the oppressor country.
