Fighter marvelously combines well choreographed Arial action with heart touching emotion and patriotism. Siddharth Anand manages to deliver a movie that is not just filled with mindless action, but also provides the audience with an emotional connection that does not feel forced. Each character has a nuanced and well developed characterization, that is only enhanced by the amazing performances given by all the cast members. Hrithik Roshan shines as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania as he embodies the essence of the character throughout the experience. Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor also put their best foot forward as Minni and Rocky respectively. In addition to this, the technical aspects of this film are also brilliantly executed, whether it be the cinematography, editing, VFX etc. However, there are a few drawbacks to the film. This includes the weak characterization of the main antagonist, as well as mostly lackluster music. But in no sense does this affect or hinder the cinematic experience for the audience to a point that it ruins the film. I recommend Fighter as a must watch film for all audiences and salute the entire team for making such a deserved and worthy tribute to our armed forces.

Great movie. Second half is a bit of a let down,especially flashback. But overall really well executed and a must watch.
