Congratulations Chris! That was a brilliant programme last night, and am looking forward to next week's. You are an inspiration for all of us. I still remember the shy, awkward teen you once were. Did you know that(apparently) punk hair and ' doc martins ' are coming back into fashion ?!!

Thank you for showing the lovely Nikki doing her red nose challenge. She is the only other person I have ever heard of who has Achalasia the same as me. So 'well done' Nikki. I wish I could chat with you as we are a very rare species !
