After a decade it's safe to say Bungie has failed this one. The art design and shooting are second to none, but the story, monetization and respect for the player's time are all abysmal. Play a better game like Warframe or avoid the "looter shooter" genre all together.

The actual story and gameplay is great. The PC version is still a mess in 2024 and will probably never be fixed. Buy it on console if you're going to play it. Sad that EA/Respawn are more focused on getting their next battle pass ready instead of fixing this game. Such is the state of gaming I guess.

I don't often leave Google reviews, but since this isn't on Steam, consider this my Steam review ported to Google. I am in awe. I play a lot of Ubisoft games and they are usually my comfort food gaming. Not substantial of life changing, but fun and predictable. When I saw this game announced I was not too excited. I saw some early game play and had the same feeling. For context, I think both Avatar movies are bland as well. Visually they are incredible, but the stories are so forgettable and boring. Then I played it. Wow. Just wow. This is the perfect Ubisoft game. The gameplay mechanics all make sense in the world and the world is incredible. This is easily the best looking game I've ever played, and even better, it works at launch (sorry Cyberpunk). The writing is so middle of the road that it's painful, but the gameplay, world and overall immersion more than make up for it. To really get the full experience I'd recommend playing on exploration mode and just wandering the world until you find your quest. If you story rush I am sure this will get boring, but if you immerse yourself in the world and allow yourself to get lost in Pandora you will have a truly great time. "Best Far Cry since Far Cry 3" is an accurate statement. Best Ubisoft game since AC Odyssey and the best thing the Avatar license has ever put out. Far better than both movies.

Bad Call of Duty game. Boring multi, predictable zombies and awful next gen update. Paid $10 for Series X upgrade and it doesn't do quick resume. Can't say I'm surprised, Activision/Blizzard is one of the worst companies in gaming, but I'm still disappointed. Save your money.

Episode 5's ending was awesome. Everything else is lazy generic tv writing. Halo games have a way better story. Play the games if you want quality Halo content, this show isn't going to do much for anyone.

Great game. From a time when Ubisoft actually took risks and made games instead of "live service platforms." Combat is iffy but the world and story are probably the best in the series. Don't sleep on this gem if you like history and games. 9.5/10, masterpiece.
