What you can do after paying the full $60? Make a level and not post it. To do almost ANYTHING, you need to pay $75 per year just to play it. Super worlds? Paywall. User made levels? Paywall. Verses? Paywall. Co-op? PAYWALL. There is literally nothing you can do without paying even more, for a temporary ability to play the game you already paid for.
