As a huge fan of the RE franchise I generally really enjoyed this show! Lots of fun Easter eggs, and it felt as ridiculous and wonderful as any game in the series. I felt the plot was easy to follow with good twists and turns. My biggest issue is that it was more action than actually scary. I’m hoping it’s renewed for season 2. Don’t be worried about those complaining about the dialogue or “stupid” plot. RE has ALWAYS been cheesy/outlandish while also giving action/survival horror. Can’t forget about “Jill sandwich” from RE1 and the fantastically macho Bond villain-esq Wesker from RE5. I would definitely give it a watch yourself and see what you think.
