This company is fraudulent. I signed up for their free trial and cancelled immediately after, as the food was sub-par. Instead of canceling my trial they transferred me to a pro-account, which I cancelled when my card was charged 39.99 and 10.99. I reached out to their customer service and have heard nothing since. They continue to try to charge my card. I have reached out again and they do not answer. I have reported them to my bank as a fraudulent and scamming company. Also their food plan is flavorless and not worth the purchase. 10 outta 10 I do NOT recommend.
