Very good show but very sad to watch, it made me feel rage for the family and the others that had to face such hatred when all they were trying to do is have a better life. It's no wonder some of the characters went rogue because of the relentlessness from those horrible cruel people. This isn't a show you can really binge watch. I had to take it in small doses because it just made me so angry and sad but not in a bad way. It opens you're eyes to the fact that this country has a lot of dark history that a lot of us want to ignore or pretend didn't happen.

I have watched hundreds of horror/thriller/psychological shows and movies (that is my thing) and this the first and only show that gave me a bad dream. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, I can't pinpoint it but it really got to me. The acting feels real, sometimes you want to slap some of them and then you cry (literally) when one of them is lost. Everything about this show is one of the best I've seen in a really long time. I cannot wait till season 3. Please give it a watch.

I love zombie stuff, I've seen lots and lots of serises and moves but I couldn't get through the first 30 minutes of this one. It was extremely frustrating. What parent let's their kid get in the truck before them with a chance that one of them would be rejected, they knew the truck was going to drive away at any moment. The Dad knew he had a wound and probably wouldn't be able to get on the truck but he sent his daughter first, the possibly she might end up alone? Maybe I am being bias because I have a daughter, I don't know. For me it would be parent, daughter, parent. Also I don't know what Rose was trying to pull with the soldier who saved her from her zombie husband. She could have simply asked to help jer. Also with the husband I noticed right away his outer layers were gone when he attacked. What Zombie takes off their jacket before a rampage? Bad editing. The acting was eh as well. I fast-forwarded a bit to see if it got better but it didn't. The next character was annoying, the way he walked was way overdramatic. Anyway I know first seasons are always rocky so maybe i will give it another chance in the future but as of right now it was overdone and not in a good way. Also I had just finished Train to Busan ( also zombie stuff ) so I guess that is hard to beat. That movie was 5 stars if you want to give that a try.
