Horrible. I’m in the train as we speak. Booked for family of 6. Got split up 3 and 3 without prior warning. Screaming and poor mannered children with parents that can’t care less. Other tourist swapped seats without any train conductor checking or confirming their seats. For the price we paid; this might be one of the worst I’ve ever been on.
