Not a Bridgerton fan so I was late to watch this. But this was a great stand alone. I mean the casting and the acting is amazing. It made me weep. The stories are more raw and felt more realistic. The dialogues and the drama were more of taste. The fan service scenes didn’t feel forced and the chemistry was so believable with no extra “Bridgerton” forced heaving of hormonal breaths. This was unexpected and a great love story that I would love to watch over and again. It was loveable and sad and bittersweet. Even you don’t like Bridgerton. Series for its extra melo dramatic hormonal stories, but this one is a classic. Maybe the writers should take note and create more of these stand alone ones rather than the usual seasons. If you like a good love story this one is the one for you to watch.
