Good I love the suspense of the film. You keep guessing who the killer might be and boy is he vengeful! It shows in how he kills those people so viciously in the most horrific ways. But to be honest when I found out who the mysterious killer was, I was slightly disappointed. His motive didn't feel convincing given he also had a role to play in the black friday Thanksgiving shopping at the beginning of the movie and he failed in a way. So why blame and kill other people and fail to acknowledge your own mistake. Also I got some Scream vibes from the film. A masked mysterious killer and all. I actually thought the revealed culprit had a partner and my guess was the lead girl's new bf, since he was coming off as suspicious and for some reason he was never a target in the killings neither was he around when others were being tortured. Anyway overall it's a good watch if you love gore.

The Call (2020) is one of the most amazing psychological thriller movies I've ever watched. The Korean film industry is really stepping it up! I love such films that channel all your concentration as you try to find every clue and twist. While it's realistically impossible to communicate with someone from the past or the future, The Call teaches that whatever choices we make or made can have repercussions in the future, some more serious than others. The movie does leave you with a lingering feeling of what if...

It is dark, twisted and plays with your psychology from the beginning to the end. Why this lady chose to stay with a psychotic dangerous man I don't know. Is it worth risking your life for a documentary? Much like the first film, the sequel also lives up to its title. There's a creepy and eerie feeling to it.

The fact that the incidences of this movie can take place in real life is what makes Creep one of the most scary horror films I've ever watched. But to be honest that camera guy Aaron was kinda dumb from the start. Joseph looked like a creep right from get-go and Aaron just went along with it. Even that bathtub scene was very unsettling. If I were Aaron I would have gone straight home after Joseph showed photos that he took of him while hiding. To make it worse Aaron took the bait that was cleverly laid out for him which led to his demise.

I hate to love this film. Honestly, I was expecting a little more thrill than what was offered. And even though Old has it's fair share of relatable casts, it felt somewhat flat and the conversations boring. The acting also felt amateur despite the fact that those actors have featured in much better roles. The camera focus was also abit off. Some shots were too close to the face and neglected the backdrop. Not to mention some gaps in the storyline like how did the black guy get to the beach and what was his role in the saga except to be slashed and stabbed to death by a potentially racist schizophrenic doctor.

I have one question about the film. Did the poor pup have to be sacrificed? I don't like it when innocent pets are killed 😪

Bridesmaids is not only entertaining but also highly relatable. I watched it when it premiered in 2011 and I was 18 at the time. I just found it to be an okay rom-com. But watching it again 13 years later, I find it to be a trove of relatable plotlines. I totally relate to evolving friendships- someone who was once your BFF may not be after some time due to changing circumstances. You may not be as close as you once were. I also completely get how difficult it can be when everyone else in your circle is stable, financially and relationship-wise and you feel like the odd one out. The pressure builds up when others want expensive things because they can afford forgetting that not everyone is at the same level. Finally, there's the aspect of trying to pull yourself back up when your business fails. Recently harsh economic times have forced many businesses to close. While the movie didn't reveal whether Annie opened her bakery business again, you could tell that she was leaning towards that and baking was her passion. So I can only hope that she found a way to rebuild since she was broke and living with her mom. I love this film. It's empowering and would highly recommend it.

Amazing acting and an incredible storyline which leaves you pondering even after the movie ends.

Amazing family friendly movie. I was crying throughout the whole film. It is an emotional and heartwarming movie that touches on raw humanity lessons.

I have just come from watching this movie today and I must say its sweet & sour plot reminds me alot of Fellow Travelers. Fellow Travelers must have been inspired by this classic gay romance drama film. Jake Gyllenhaal's character Jack very much resembles Tim from Fellow Travelers and Heath Ledger's Ennis resembles Hawk. The storyline also takes place in a setting where homosexual men had to be closeted to avoid public shame. And as a result they had to settle down with women as beards. Jack and Ennis' love story spanned two decades, much like Tim and Hawk's. The heartbreaking ending of Jack's death and Ennis mourning his lost love also looks like the one represented in Fellow Travelers. I love Brokeback Mountain. Thanks to Jake Gyllenhaal and the late Heath Ledger (R.I.P.) for such amazing acting.
