The answer was Liberia BUT Mozambique was also not part of the Commonwealth...it was a Portuguese colony !!!

I do not support Trump but i think the Democrats need to look at themselves & realise they are far from perfect & as for some of their Islamic delegates...they should be ashamed to have them in the Democratic Party !
