Great book, great story and building of an alternative universe. But then someone decided to write a similar story that barely follows the book and call it City of Bones. Sad and pitiful. Too bad they gave it to screen writers who basically butchered and rewrote the story. Lots of fighting, though. I always wonder why I have to suffer through movies that have the good dialogue and personal interaction from the book removed in favour of fighting.
